IRS Form 990 The Community Foundation of Greater Memphis will make available for public inspection the last three years of the IRS Form 990 and IRS Form 990-T (if applicable). If the request is made in person, the documents will be provided on the same day, if possible. If the request is made in writing, the documents will be provided within seven days. Questions concerning these documents should be addressed to either the President or Vice President of Finance.
