Recent grants
We support nonprofits in West Tennessee, eastern Arkansas, and northern Mississippi through grant programs that support our communities’ unique needs and build a thriving region.
Community grantmaking
Through our community-centered, community-voiced FOREVER Funds endowment, as well as our dollar-a-day giving circle GiVE 365, the Community Foundation awards competitive grants that sustain and build Memphis & the Mid-South.
We envision a more equitable community and pledge to make investments that will help make this vision reality:

We will create a just and equitable region where all individuals and groups receive the resources and opportunities they need to reach their full potential, and where identity and geography do not determine their outcomes. We will build a community where everyone is welcome, valued, resourced, and informed, one where people can easily access opportunities to contribute and thrive.
Meeting the moment
Through the FOREVER Funds, the Community Foundation supports local nonprofits through annual, competitive grantmaking processes and special initiatives.

Our volunteer committees, whose backgrounds and perspectives reflect the diversity of the Mid-South, research and assess the needs of our community, and the agencies that are making the greatest impact, to award grants that ensure this region thrives. See recent grants below.

Doing more good, together
GiVE 365 is a giving circle where everyday people become philanthropists for just a dollar a day.

Members pool their contributions, select an annual theme, and decide together which nonprofit projects to fund—turning small gifts into big impact.
